Absolutely loving baking with this chocolate. I use it roughly chopped in my keto-friendly choc chip cookies, my low carb brownies, and I even make chocolate ganache icing for my healthy slices and cakes. It's so easy... for my ganache I heat 50ml full-fat cream in a microwave proof jug on high for 60sec (with a lid on). Meanwhile roughly chop a 100g Natvia Baking Milk Choc Block into choc-chip sized chunks. When the microwave dings, pour the chocolate pieces into the boiling cream in the jug. Stir with a fork until chocolate melts into the cream and is smooth. Then spread onto cooled cakes, slices, biscuits... pour it warm over ice-cream... or as a dipping sauce for fresh strawberries... so many ways to enjoy. Thanks Natvia! xoxo Hon
