Ingredients

40 g Natvia Dark Baking Chocolate, roughly chopped

1 teaspoon Canola Oil

4 teaspoon Natvia

4 tablespoon Gluten Free Self Raising Flour

2 tablespoon Cacao Powder

125 mls Hot Water

2 teaspoon Instant Coffee

1 Egg

Method

  1. In a mug, stir together the chocolate and oil, microwave for 15 second intervals until chocolate is melted.
  2. Set aside for one minute to cool slightly.
  3. Stir in the Natvia, flour, cacao powder, coffee, hot water and egg.
  4. Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds or until the cake is set on top but the bottom is still gooey.
