Gluten Free Muffins

Ingredients

2 cup coconut flour

1 Egg

4 tablespoon Arrowroot powder (for binding)

3 tablespoon baking powder

2 tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder

0 Handful of raw cacao nibs

2 cup Coconut oil

2 tablespoon Natvia

Method

  1. Mix egg, coconut flour, arrowroot powder, baking powder, cacao powder, Natvia and mix.
  2. Stir in coconut oil and raw cacao nibs.
  3. Place the dough in muffin cups.
  4. Bake at 170C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
